Restaurant
At Krone we realize that a good restaurant is based on quality ingredients, a professional team, an excellent chef, great service and a pleasant environment. You can find all this in our restaurant in the center of Svätý Jur.
Our excellence lies in the combination of traditional historical recipes with a new modification, using modern technologies. We use seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. We pay the same attention to the selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, the best cuts of meat and first-class wines from Svätý Jur as to the culinary art itself.
You can enjoy your meals in the stylish restaurant of the Renaissance house or on the terrace, where we have prepared a rich selection of grilled delicacies. We will be happy to prepare a wedding menu or food for your event or team building, which you will experience in a historic wine cellar with a rich wine collection.

Café
Krone continues the tradition of cafés of the First Republic. Not only with its design and atmosphere, but mainly with its honest coffee shop, quality of ingredients and rich offer. Simply put, we care about what you care about.
Our café in Svätý Jur will captivate you with the delicious aroma of coffee, a wide selection of homemade lemonades, quick snacks for hungry people, healthy breakfasts or tasty cookies from local confectioners.

Accommodation
Krone also includes a guest house in Svätý Jur. We have prepared for you 8 rooms with a capacity of 14 beds in the historical part of the building. We also offer you additional rooms in a modern annex. All rooms have the same standard and are among the most popular accommodations in Svätý Jur and the Small Carpathians. We have a total capacity of 43 beds available for you in a quiet environment that will charm you with its boutique hotel atmosphere.
We also care about our planet, which is why our philosophy is based not only on comfortable accommodation, but also on an ecological guesthouse. We use environmentally friendly cleaning procedures and agents, we are considerate of energy consumption, responsible in the selection of suppliers and we are constantly improving in other areas to make our guesthouse as “green” as possible.
Wine cellar
The Krone wine cellar is a real gem – the crown of our restaurant. Here you will find a stylishly furnished space with the atmosphere of a medieval pub. It consists of two separate spaces – the press room and the wine store – which are ready for up to 40 guests.
The foundations of the cellar date back to the Middle Ages, and the vaults belong to a Renaissance house. In this space, it really breathes the past, which we decided to revive in all its glory. The medieval pub is furnished with massive wooden furniture according to real historical patterns. A gallery of Hungarian kings hangs on the walls.
The royal menu is served on earthenware and wooden trays. Even your gourmet appetites will be satisfied. You won’t be able to taste the food that we serve in our wine bar just anywhere. We delved into old books and dusted off long-forgotten recipes that taste really fantastic.
Every royal feast includes selected drinks. They come from the wine cellars of winemakers of Svätý Jur, known in the wider area. We serve them in handmade renaissance glasses, and thanks to that, our wine always flows. Our cellar master will be happy to discuss the best varieties with you during wine tastings.
